Corbin Bleu - Run It Back Again lyrics
Looking back
Pushing with the rewind
Changing every
Wrong or right that you see
If you could,
Don't you think that you would
Make your world
Just like you want it to be
Now it's never to late
There is a will
There is a way
Gotta stay in the game
Go the distance
Cause you live and you learn
That takes a lot of work
But you win in the end
With persistence
Mix it up get it right
Go for another try
And still run it back again
Replay hit rewind
This time you'll do it right
And still run it back again (run it back again)
Run it back again
Try again
Never wait around
Just every minute counts
If you had the time what would you do with it
Would you change
Tell me
What would real real drifting
Got the puzzle right
How would the pieces fit
Now its never to late
There is a will
There is a way
You can save the day like a hero
Cause you live and you learn
That takes a lot of work
Oh but nothings gonna stop you
Oh oh oh GO
Mix it up get it right
Go for another try
And still run it back again (RUN IT BACK AGAIN)
Replay hit rewind
This time you'll do it right
And still run it back again (run it back again)
Oh your mark get set
Lets go
Oohhhhhhhhhh you can make it happen if you want it to
Tick tock time to rock
You now the
Futures all for you
One more time now
Mix it up get it right
Go for another try
And still run it back again (back again)
Replay hit rewind
This time you'll do it right
And still run it back again (run it back again}
Mix it up get it right
Go for another try
And still run it back again (back back again)
Replay hit rewind
This time you'll do it right
And still run it back again (run it back again)
Run it back again
Try again
Corbin Bleu - Push It To The Limit
Yeah
Come on now
Here we go
Let's do it
Yeeaah..
Push it push it to the limit limit
Cause we're in it to win it in it to win it
Oh yeah
I realized that this is where my heart is
Now is the time to finish what I started
Can't worry bout what other people might say
It's who I am
Gotta live my dream my own way
Work work it harder
Gotta take it farther
No holding back
You know we gotta do it right now
Be even better
Work work together
It's now or never
Show em how we shine we gotta
Push it push it to the limit limit
Cause we're in it to win it in it to win it
Oh yeah
Push it push it to the limit limit
Give it all we can give it
We're in it to win it
Oh yeah
Push it push it to the limit limit
That's right
Gonna turn it up
That's the way we do it now
No time to stop
But check the answer in the house
Yeah we can be
When as soon as we understand
Our destiny is right here in our hands
Work work it harder
Gotta take it farther
No holding back
We reachin for the sky now
Be even better

Wanna hear the crowd
Everybody now
Gotta work it now
Work it out
Can't stop us
Gotta show them how
We gonna bring the house down
Push it push it to the limit limit
Cause we're in it to win it in it to win it

(Luzia)
Love is a lie
Hoh, no more drama
Love is a lie
Love is a lie
Love is a lie
Love is all dying

My All - Mariah Carey
I am thinking of you
In my sleepless solitude tonight
If it’s wrong to love you
Then my heart just won’t let me right
Cause I’ve drowned in you
And I won’t pull through
Without you by my side
I’d give my all to have
Just one more night with you
I’d risk my life to feel
Your body next to mine
Cause I can’t go on
Living in the memory of our song
I’d give my all for your love tonight
Baby can you feel me
Imagining I’m looking in your eyes
I can see you clearly
Vividly emblazoned in my mind
And yet you’re so far
Like a distant star
I’m wishing on tonight
I’d give my all to have
Just one more night with you
I’d risk my life to feel
Your body next to mine
Cause I can’t go on
Living in the memory of our song
I’d give my all for your love tonight
I’d give my all to have
Just one more night with you
I’d risk my life to feel
Your body next to mine
Cause I can’t go on
Living in the memory of our song
I’d give my all for your love tonight
Give my all for your love
Tonight

Resourcing the Project
5 areas to look at
- technical abiliity
- leadership qualities
- interpersonal skills
- character/personal qualities
- personal agendas
User Acceptance Test
Common Problems/Issues that come up during UAT
- Client claims that functionality is there, but system is simply "too slow"
- Client raises a "bug" but it's a change in disguise
- Numerous TPRs raised that are consistently not Oracle's responsibility
- UA Testers not providing sufficient detail/accuracy when reporting TPRs
- UAT resources were committed but are found to be unavailable
- UA Testers not adequately trained in testing/system functionality
- Client requests changes and want;s them included in the release!
- UA Testers find a Bug in a Sub-Contractors Deliverable, Teh Sub-Contractor claims that Oracle accepted the deliverable earlier during SIT
- UA Testers raising NEW TPRs upon regression test, not raised previously
- UA Testers overly slow performing test
- Acceptance Blackmail
- Finger Trouble - User testing understanding issue (10%)
- Duplicate - Same fault reported more than once (5%)
- Change Control Request - CCR masquerading as a Fault Report(5%)
- System Maintenance Issue - Security, Permissions, Access (20%)
- Data Related Problems - Test Cases have incorrect data (25%)
- Network Fault (3%)
- PC Client Configuration fault (2%)
- Interface - Teh fault is on the non Oracle side of an interface in the SI (10%)
- BUG this is definitely our problem (20%)
Change Control
1. Definition : A request, actio or event resulting in an agreed CHANGE to
- Project delivery timescales, costs or price
- Agreed functionality or requirements(SOW)
- Contractual Conditions
- Payment Terms
- Penalties
- Customer Involvement
- Contractually agreed commitment not being met by Customer
- Change in Requirements
- Poor effort estimation and planing
- Product Problems
- force Majeure
- Schedule -> Cash Flow-> Work Effort & Price ->Cost -> Revenue Recognition -> Contact Terms
- Customer keeps requesting & rejecting CC whilst refusing to pay for analysis
- Customer views payment for CC as " not in the spirit" of the project
- Sales wants to give CC free
- Customer believes the request/change is within Scope, ie not CC
- customer requests a CC that moves a milestone payment out
- Customer wants to reduce already agreed scope and believes reduced cost should be passed on to customer as other fuctions or reduction in price
- Customer does not believe the estimate is a accurate(already too high)
- Change is required on a Sub-contractors deliverable, the customer says it is within scope & will not pay and the Sun-Contractor say it is not within scope, OCS is in the middle.
- Acceptance Blackmail(ie No free Change Control then No Acceptance)
- Stay calm : if discussion becomes too heated on a given topic, move from the topic.
- Get all of the issues on the table and deal with them one by one but think holistically
- Allo Positions to be clarified : Allow the customer and OCS fuctional Analysts to give the technical case as to whether an item is in or out of scope.
- Deal Holisticall : When you have heard both sides, do not agree items one by one but rather wait until all items have been heard by both side.
- Constrct your argument in four level
- Contractual High Ground(Check it you have it)
- Moral High Ground(Do you have it)
- Mutual Culpability(Is the guilt balanced)
- Vible Threat(BANOC-Best Alternative to a Negotiated Outcome)
- Use the "Range" Argument to enumerate positions
- Use DEDUCTIVE and INDUCTIVE Agrumrns where appicable
- Allow the Opponent(Customer) to speak and complete their point
- Avoid burning bridges(relationship must not be lost)
- Deal one on one where possible(avoids group dynamics)
- Make it clear that it is not personal, we are both trying to do the right thing by our employers
- Never-Exaggerate or strect the truth
- Argue PRINCIPLE not DETAIL
